Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

  1. Promoter: The prize draw is organised by MCP Insight.
  2. Eligibility: The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 or over. Only entries submitted using a valid company email address will be eligible. Entries submitted using personal email addresses (e.g. Gmail, Hotmail) will not be included.
  3. How to enter: Entry is optional and requires the participant to provide their name and company email address at the end of the questionnaire. Only one entry per person is permitted.
  4. Closing date: Entries must be received by 23:59 (GMT) on Monday 12 January 2026. Entries received after this time will not be included in the draw.
  5. The prize: There are three (3) prizes, each consisting of an Amazon voucher with a value of $250 USD.The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash or alternative prize available.
  6. Winner selection: Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the closing date.
  7. Notification: Winners will be contacted using the company email address provided. If a winner does not respond within a reasonable period, MCP Insight reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  8. Use of personal data: Personal details provided for the prize draw will be used solely for the administration of the draw and will not be used for marketing purposes without consent.
  9. General: MCP Insight reserves the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw if necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
