We are seeking a full-time Senior Business Development Manager as we continue to expand our business. This is an exciting opportunity within a growing business to take on a leadership role as we grow. The successful candidate will work primarily from home but will join the team for weekly update meetings in Farnham, Surrey, UK. International travel will be necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new target territories for sustainable campaigns with local Mobile Operators
  • Research prospective accounts in targeted markets and prepare regular reports on findings for presentation to internal stakeholders
  • Identify and build relationships with key C-suite influencers and decision makers in targeted territories
  • Work with Directors to develop new business proposals and to participate in pitch meetings with Mobile Operators
  • Work with Commercial Director to build and manage a growing sales team
  • Collaborate closely with other departments in the business to ensure requirements for new accounts are met

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of Global Mobile Operator sector
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills to sell ideas into internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to understand and explain complex tech solutions
  • Ability to work independently to achieve targets
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills to achieve results within a remote-working team
  • Preferably experienced building and leading sales teams

  • Identify new target territories for sustainable campaigns within the Mobile Operator value chain – mainly targeting the Content Service Provider (CSP) level
  • Research prospective accounts in targeted markets and prepare regular reports on findings for presentation to internal stakeholders
  • Identify and build relationships with key influencers and decision makers at the CSP level in targeted territories
  • Work with Directors to develop new business proposals and to participate in pitch meetings with CSPs
  • Collaborate closely with other departments in the business to ensure requirements for new accounts are met

Essential Skills:

  • Good knowledge of Global Mobile Operator sector
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills to sell ideas into internal and external stakeholders
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to understand and explain tech solutions
  • Ability to work independently to achieve targets
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills to achieve results within a remote-working team
  • Experience working as part of a growing sales team
